Just imagine you’re waiting for your 25 pound ramen and you check the kitchen and you see your chefs are naming a egg and adding a smiley face on it
As a professional cook, I can tell you two things: 1)It would be very close to never happening in a restaurant kitchen, and 2)If it did, you know that your cook put all the Love that they could into the meal. Unfortunately, Love is not recognized as a viable ingredient by the FDA and the kitchen would most likely be investigated for improper food and health safety regulations.
I joke though. I would love to see a restaurant kitchen put out a 25 pound ramen or similar foods on a regular basis, and then I would like to meet said chef, because it would take some massive balls to do something like that.

I'm pretty sure most of that weight is muscle, because they have to not only lift themselves and walk/job around, but they also have to lift/push another 400lb person as well.
Not Leviathan its mostly fat, but the thing is that the fat is stored outside of the organs so they don’t suffer from the side effects of obesity AS LONG AS they do intense exercise. No intense exercise, effects of obesity appear.

Here are some tips on the broth: Do not char the vegetables, it will add a dark color to the broth which you DO NOT WANT. Make sure to skim the scum off the top when you bleach the bones. I would not recommend using shiitake mushrooms when you make the broth. Make sure to have bones with a little bit of meat. I would recommend pigs feet. The noodles are kinda weird, use bread flour, water, salt, and baking carbonate. Make sure to make rare and aroma oil
I have an ed and before I developed it ramen was my favorite food so this brought back a lot of memories for some reason, and it makes me happy to see that some people can not give a crap about what they eat and make a living out of it, thank you for making this.
